Agrika Khatri Classes
This Refund, Cancellation, and Course Pause Policy (“Policy”) applies to all courses, programs, subscriptions, consulting services, coaching sessions, and any other offerings provided by Agrika Khatri Classes (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling, subscribing, or purchasing any service from Agrika Khatri Classes, the client (“Client,” “you”) expressly agrees to be bound by this Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
1.1 All payments made toward any course, program, subscription, consultation, or other services offered by Agrika Khatri Classes are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
1.2 Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Non-attendance or partial participation
• Dissatisfaction with course content or outcomes
• Inability to implement recommended strategies or practices
• Personal or professional conflicts
• Technical, scheduling, or timing issues
1.3 The Client acknowledges and agrees that all services are experiential and subjective in nature, focusing on personal growth, manifestation, and transformation, and outcomes may vary from person to person. No guarantees are provided regarding results.
2. Payment Terms & Enrolment
2.1 Clients must make full advance payment for any course, program, or service. Access to services shall only be provided upon successful payment.
2.2 All payments must be made through Razor pay or other authorized payment gateways. By making a payment, the Client agrees to the respective payment gateway’s terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
2.3 Enrolment in a course or program is confirmed only upon successful receipt of full payment, and the Client will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of the transaction.
2.4 The Client is responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, duties, or charges imposed under applicable laws.
2.5 In case of payment failure or declined transactions, the Client will not receive access to any course, program, or service. If an amount is deducted but services are not provided, the Client must notify contact@agrikakhatri.com with transaction details. Upon verification, the payment may either be:
• Adjusted against enrolment, or
• Refunded only if services were not provided, within 7 working days.
2.6 Agrika Khatri Classes does not store or have access to full payment details (credit/debit card numbers, CVV, banking passwords). All sensitive payment data is securely processed by the payment gateway. The Company shall not be held liable for unauthorized access, fraud, or technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
3. Course Access, LMS, and Assignments
3.1 Once payment is confirmed, Clients will be granted access to the Learning Management System (LMS) and any related course materials.
3.2 Clients are required to complete weekly assignments and submit them through contact@agrikakhatri.com. Assignments submitted through any other method or email shall not be considered.
3.3 Clients must actively participate in sessions, complete tasks, and implement course guidance as instructed. Failure to do so does not entitle the Client to any refund or deferment beyond the conditions mentioned below.
3.4 All official communication regarding courses, assignments, and support must be conducted through contact@agrikakhatri.com. Direct contact via personal messages, phone calls, or other platforms with Agrika Khatri or the team is strictly prohibited unless scheduled via official channels.
4. One-to-One Consulting Sessions
4.1 Post the discovery call, Clients must complete their payment and fill out personal information forms/sheets provided by the Company.
4.2 The Consultant shall take up to 15 days to review and analyse the information submitted by the Client.
4.3 Clients will receive four (4) one-to-one consulting sessions, scheduled at 45-day intervals, which may include assignments, exercises, and actionable tasks.
4.4 Completion and submission of assignments related to consulting sessions must adhere to the timelines provided; failure to submit does not grant deferment rights.
5. Pause / Deferment Policy
5.1 In unavoidable circumstances, a Client may request a pause or deferment of the course for a maximum of 15 days, subject to Company discretion.
5.2 Conditions for deferment:
• Only one deferment request is allowed per Client.
• The request must be submitted in writing via contact@agrikakhatri.com.
• Requests must be made within the original course validity period (not later than 3 months from the purchase date or course activation).
• Course access will be paused and reactivated for the remaining validity period, after deducting the active course period.
5.3 No extension, additional pause, or deferment shall be entertained beyond the original course validity period.
6 Client Responsibilities
6.1 Clients are expected to:
• Provide accurate personal information.
• Follow the official support protocol.
• Submit assignments and feedback on time.
• Act in good faith during one-to-one sessions and courses.
6.2 Any failure to adhere to the above responsibilities does not entitle the Client to refunds or deferments.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Agrika Khatri Classes does not guarantee results from courses, programs, or consulting services. Outcomes depend on the Client’s personal engagement, implementation, and circumstances.
7.2 The Company does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service, or the accuracy of content.
7.3 The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, content, or third-party tools.
8. Policy Modifications
8.1 Agrika Khatri Classes reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time due to operational, technical, or legal reasons.
8.2 Updated versions will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest version.
